Talking Picture no. 29: Cyril Richardson — Daniel Meadows

This Thursday I will publish the sixth in a series of eight books by Daniel Meadows. Pig Killing 1975—1976. It’s a light on his archive held at the Library of Birmingham and this is the movie it accompanies. A little gruesome in parts, but very real.

Founded Café Royal Books in 2005. Publishes weekly titles focusing broadly on aspects of change, usually social documentary, in the UK, and between 1970 — 2000. Work collected by MoMA, Tate, V&A and many other international public, private and educational libraries, galleries and museums.
